Summer Awesome Augers Season Summary

For an ninth consecutive summer, the Spiders and Gold Rush, and friends, teamed up for the AHA summer league, competing at L6 (C3-equivalent), as the Awesome Augers.
The expanded summer program this year featured 14 regular season games instead of 12, plus standard summer single-elimination playoffs. The Augers went 14–2 to finish in first place in the regular season, and went 2–1 in the playoffs, losing in the final to the Squatty Potties (C2 Mastodons).
