The Spiders kept it close, maintaining a 1–1 tie until the third, when the Snowmen capitalized and put in three.
The lone Spiders goal came from Dave Schliesman, with assist from Bruce Gustafson.
And what would a Spiders game be without a penalty from our own Paul LaCosse, called for interference in the second period. He was probably innocent though.
Thanks to sub goalie Greg Foslien, who filled in for Jeff, and stopped 26 of 30 shots on goal.
