AHA scorekeeper on Thanksgiving break
Nov. 24, 2012
It’s been a week with no sign of the stats for the Spiders/IceDogs tilt last Sunday.
Suffice it to say, the Spiders won 4–1 over this new-to-C3 IceDogs squad, which has yet to win a game this season. The Spiders outshot the Dogs in the neighborhood of 51–19, so suffice it to say that there was plenty of time spent in the Dog zone. And there were plenty of gorgeous goals that are as yet uncredited. Also suffice it to say, with the score imbalance, there was a bit of temper, which meant there were plenty of penalties to go around. Also as yet uncredited.
If the scorekeeper ever returns from his holiday hiatus, ahaspiders.com will be the first to let you know. In the meantime, enjoy your turkey break, and look for the Spiders to return to AHA action on Dec. 1 against the Fighting Saints.
Updated Saturday, Nov. 24: Stats are now in. And the Spiders still beat the Dogs!
