Full 2010–11 schedule released

The AHA has now released the full 2010–11 Winter Season schedule, and it appears resellers have already scooped up prime seats for all key D1 Spider matchups, which you can now find via StubHub (at a premium, of course).

No surprise for the opening matchup, as it was already reported that this year’s season kickoff will reprise last year’s. The Spiders drop the first puck of the season against the 2009–10 D1 Champions (and 2010 Fall Tournament Champions, and 2008–09 D2 Champions, and 2007–08 Beginner School Champions...) the Chaos this Sunday, Oct. 24, at 7:40 p.m. at luxurious Ken Yackel West Side Arena.

Early word from NewsCorp reports that due to ongoing contract negotiations between local providers, TV coverage for the Spiders opener will not be available.
