As AHA trade deadline approaches, will Spiders make move?

With spring in the air, the playoffs looming large next month, it’s do-or-golf time for the D1 Spiders.
Sitting on a three-game winning streak, including a come-from-behind upset of the first-place Fighting Piranhas Sunday night, and winning four of the last five, the Spiders’ prospects for post-season action are considerably brighter than they were at the New Year, just 2–6 at that time.
Now, with a .500 record, and just two games out of playoff contention, the Spiders have skated their way back life. The remaining games on the schedule won’t be easy, with the fourth-place Diablos and fifth-place Wingmen coming up next. Both squads made it to the post-season last year, and will also be on the hunt again.
In the remaining weeks, will the Spiders play spoiler? Will they go quietly into the summer? Will their D1 West-leading PIM count trip them up due to tiebreaker rules? Or will they find themselves with an extra three games in April? The question remains ... will the Spiders make a move?
