AHA releases preliminary winter schedule

The Spiders now know where they’ll be for the first two weeks of the season, now that the AHA has released the first part of the 2009–10 Winter Season schedule.

To kick off the season, the AHA matchmakers have paired up last season’s champions, with the 2008–09 D1 Champs the Spiders facing off against the 2008–09 D2 Champs the Chaos.

It’s an early-evening Saturday start, 7 p.m. on October 24, at Brooklyn Park 1, so bring the family for some pre-Halloween hockey.
