Spiders Roster For 2010-11 Set With Addition Of Matt Adelmann

While previous off-seasons had significant roster shuffling, the summer of 2010 saw only one open roster spot. This was certainly not an inconsequential loss as former C2 all-star Shawn Tromiczak hung up the sweater after averaging better than point per game over his three seasons with the Spiders. The Spiders scouting department spent the summer reviewing video of the Kazakh Elite League and Moose Jaw Hockey Association before deciding to go local with the newest roster addition.
Matt Adelmann has accepted the invitation to play with the Spiders and was recommended by 2009–10 co-rookies-of-the-year Aaron Bedessem and Jay Hilden. This addition brings the Spiders to the full compliment of 15 full-time skaters with Jack Delsing, Tim Forcelle, Cody Yard, and Jeremy Litton filling in as subs.
In the coming weeks the league will release division alignments and schedules with the first games the week of October 25.
